We are having our group social today in the Olympic Park Swimming Pool.

There is a little water world in there and we are having some great fun and laugh today.

OK, so back to the title why I am saying "Feel like shit today" ...  hahhaaa, actually it's coming from my lovely group mate.  There is a high pressured water channel and bascially the water will sucks people into the water channel and and then keep floating away by the high pressure water flow.

We are going around the water channel for a few times and it's great fun. 

When Leo & Jason are trying to rest on the pool side but suddenly the water sucks them into the channel again ...  after they come back, they desribe the feeling as "finally I understand what Shit feels like being flush down into the toilet" 

hahahahaaaa, funny description.
